We accept product returns and exchanges under the following circumstances only:

  • Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Items damaged during shipping or transit
  • Incorrect items delivered that do not match your order

Return Process and Requirements

  • A copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice
  • At least two clear photographs showing the product issue
  • For shipping damage or incorrect items: A complete unboxing video is required

Important Return Conditions

  • Returns are processed only for purchases made directly from Mahabali Kitchenware or our authorized retail partners
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized dealers must be returned according to their respective return policies
  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all accompanying materials and documentation intact

Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled by contacting our support team at customercare@mahabalisteel.com or calling +91 8291504865

Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation at origin is not possible. Please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.

Packaging and Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for ensuring secure packaging during return shipment. We cannot process refunds for items damaged during return transit. Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Applicable cancellation or shipping fees may apply.

Refund Terms

  • Refund amounts will match the original purchase price paid
  • Processing time for approved refunds is 7-10 business days from receipt of returned item
  • Original purchase documentation is mandatory for all refund requests
  • Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to a manufacturing defect
